As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Life Coach, I have dedicated my career to helping
adults, children, adolescents, couples and families.
While pursuing my Bachelors Degree, I was introduced to the field of human services, and began working as a Case

case management and clinical support to clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Since receiving my Masters Degree, I have held clinical positions as a Crisis Clinician, IICAPS Clinician and

I also have professional counseling experience working as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Specialist with the
State of Connecticut Department of Aging and Disability Services, working with clients with disabilities and assisting them with obtaining, maintaining, and retaining employment.
Throughout my career, I have enjoyed and excelled at helping to empower clients to live better more meaningful lives by helping them focus first on inner growth and self-improvement.
